Student Exchange Scholarship Program Application Procedure

The following documentation should be submitted together to the Society. Please note that all information received will be kept confidential.

From the student:

• The completed application form which follows, together with a photograph
• One page written by the applicant on "Why I wish to participate in the exchange program"
  

From the Principal:

• A covering letter from the Principal recommending student and identifying that student’s family as one that could normally not afford to participate

From the Japanese Teacher:

• A copy of the school’s Japanese language program (showing levels taught in school)
• A copy of planned itinerary/details of exchange program (if this is not yet available, then the previous year’s program would suffice)

DEADLINE:

All documentation to be received by Friday 26 March, 2010 (end of Term 1) at:
